"Baywatch was a beautiful house with a homely feel in a fantastic location overlooking the beach .A few minor things let it down ..cobwebs in most rooms indicating it had not had a thorough clean ..no safety glove to use when operating log burner ..no oven gloves , no tea towel and no welcome pack although there was one in Baybreak .Would definitely book again though"

"We have just spent a week here & we've absolutely loved it. We couldn't fault the apartment at all. It was clean, comfortable, warm & had everything we needed.It over looks the sea & the sound of the waves was so calming & the sun rises are beautiful. The fact that it's free parking outside the property is a great added bonus. (Subject to availablity)I would definitely recommend this apartment as it's also dog friendly.It's has a great location as it's not far from Bridlington & Scarborough"

"Great location. Opposite the meadow for the regular morning doggy walks. We've stopped at the bay many times in different accommodation, we liked the layout of Arthur's place. A little spruce up needed but another fab stay. "

"We have used ABH before and there systems/process is excellent and easy to follow which makes the break more enjoyable.The cottage is in a great location close to all the amenities and was ideal for couples or a small family. A small wish would be facility for a BBQ stand which is available on other properties other than that everything was great thank you and we look forward to using you again"
