Found it very surprise and plesant stay with comfort in centre of Reims. as it is good location and easy 20min walk to Clin festival (Deaf festival). I will defo book this hotel in two years time

A comfortable hotel with small quiet rooms. Friendly staff at the reception and great location, downtown and a few minutes walk from the train station. One can regret the presence of small plastic bottles for soap and shampoo.

The property is on a side street off the Place Drouet d'Erlon near the fountain, so it is very convenient. We happened to be in Reims the night of the Fete de la Musique, so it was extremely noisy. The staff recommended that we head to the Place de la Forum, where the music would be a bit more tame. It was an excellent recommendation. The room was clean. I would likely return on my next trip to Reims.

Convent but needs updating

Very worn and tired appearance. The common areas and our room in need of new carpeting and painting. Told differing things by the same person upon check in/out on how to get the discounted hotel parking rate at the neighboring parking lot which resulted in my not obtaining the discounted rate and paying significantly more for the parking. Best thing about the hotel is location.

A great value overnight stopover, right in the heart of the city. We were pleased with the room which was clean and spacious. Staff really friendly and helpful. Parking on street not a problem, you have to pay morning and afternoon so it cost us 4euro. We opted for the hotel breakfast which was fine. There is no aircon so I was glad we had brought a fan! Our room had a balcony onto the street, so it was nice to have the window open but note the garbage truck is coming in the middle of the night!

ideally located reasonable hotel

It's located in the heart of the city centre and the location is really ideal. The receptionists are all very friendly. My room was small but well equipped and clean, especially the mattress was very comfortable. You can hear the noise from outside of the room, and it might be annoying if that happened early in the morning...but apart from that, I am very happy for what I paid.

Nice staff. Nice venue. The only reason we gave it a four star was because we could hear noise from all the other rooms. All the walls are super thin. You could hear people talking in the street and when the other tenets arrived at night, you could hear everything. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Pretty on the outside, shabby inside. Tiny room, thin walls, uncomfortable bed. Noisy electrical apparatus would go off randomly in the night—as loud as an alarm. It gave me rotten sleep before an important day of winery visits. Could not ask reception for help, since they lock-up and vacate at night. I fled the place for a much better hotel around the corner. Quite disappointed in Hotel Cecyl.

Horrible , à fuir à cause du bruit de la rue

Nous sommes arrivées trop tôt . Mais nous avons laissé notre bagage . Chercher on possible à partir de 14h. Nous sommes revenus vers 16h et la femme de ménage était encore dans la chambre . Mais ça ce n est rien LA FENÊTRE N AVAIT PAW DD FOU LE VITRAGE et donnait sur une rue où toute la nuit sans exception , des gens saouls qui hurlaient , nous ont empêché de former . Mais vraiment toute la nuit . Ça c est arrêté vers 6.1/4 ou 1/2 et nous avons encore été réveillé cette fois par ceux qui occupaient la chambre du dessus fin. 201 et qui pendant une heure , jusqu à ce su ils partent à 8h , n ont pas arrêter de faire les /00 pas , … une horreur Ma fille et moi n avons donc pas du tout dormi de la nuit et ce n est pas une expression Même à 80€ la chambre , c est une honte .meme si je vous l accorde, l hôtel n est pas responsable des beurreries du samedi soir . Je si Pas regardé les avis . Mais je pense ne pas être la seule à avoir vécu cet enfer . Surtout si on était si 1 er étage

Les gens de cet hôtel sont vraiment sympathiques, mais on ne peut arriver à l'hôtel sans l'aide de l'employé. Tout est en travaux autour de l'hôtel. Finalement, on arrive, mais l'ascenseur de l'hôtel est en panne. On monte trois étages par l'escalier en colimaçon. L'hôtel est bien centré et les gens sont charmants. Heureusement.
