"Property was clean and lived up to expectations.Met our hosts who were friendly and approachable.Would recommend to friends and family, would stay at the venue again.Would love to take the grandchildren. "

"The property wasn’t in the placeI it stated caravan Park.Atlantic Bays holiday Park . The post code we ended up in a farm. Not happy. Eventually after a1.30 hours we got to the above place. There was no information which lodge .The lodge itself was grotty needs to be updated wall in bedrooms need to be bit higher. I got a cold it was damp bit tight for family "

"The place was cheap, but I would say bad value for money for a number of reasons, outlined belowBad - black mould on bedroom curtains- Black mould in the bathroom- Loose wooden planks in the bathroom- Lots of Cobwebs in every room and in the cupboards, even immediately after checking in- Cabinet in bathroom was loose- Not enough toilet roll- No salt and pepper in the salt and pepper shakers- No bar or shop on site, despite this being advertised- No member of staff seen on site- Very poor...

"Beautifully appointed, no expense spared and no detail missed to make this a lovely holiday location. Hostess was very helpful and keen to ensure we had a lovely stay, from freah flowers, welcome pack of goodies, bubbles on ice upon arrival. "

"Excellent location just a short stroll from the beach. Spacious, everything as described. TV room, hot tub, bedrooms, games, books… all really great. Once we had the check in instructions it was all really smooth. The only glitch was there was no communication on the run up to the stay, and no check-in details on the app. Vrbo chased it up but it was a bit last minute and that made me really nervous. Hopefully that gets ironed our :) "

"The house had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The house is well placed. Penryn has plenty to offer and access to Falmouth is quick and easy. Parking can be difficult although it is on a quiet road so stopping to unload bags/shopping at the door is possible. There is no outside space, which for us would have been a downside of we had been staying for longer."
