"The Neat Hotel is well situated and walking distance to the "Portas da Cidade" and great restaurants nearby. We arrived before check-in; process was quick and easy. Was told our room may be ready before check-in and offered to hold our luggage while we explored. When we got back the room was ready (earlier than expected). Room was clean and expected of a hotel room. Breakfasts were good and plenty of food. Staff was very nice and courteous. Always acknowledged our presence and answered any...

"Everything about this place was top notch! Great breakfast buffet, wonderful rooms, superior and numerous amenities. What stood out most though was how extremely friendly and polite all the staff were - front desk, bar, restaurant, etc! 10/10 would return."

"The view was absolutely incredible. The staff — especially the man at the front desk — was extremely attentive, professional, and cheerful. The hotel itself was just amazing. The view from the room at the back was breathtaking. What I liked less was that the mattress was, for me, way too firm — or maybe just old and worn out."
