"This is an excellent hotel with exceptional staff particularly in the restaurants. I stayed for nine nights (for work) and ate in the hotel most nights but the terrific buffet had so many options it never got dull. The breakfast is wonderful and the pool was lovely. I will definitely stay here again."

Ils n’ont que très peu de couverts par rapport au nombre de personnes. Les plaques de cuisson ont pris feu et ils n’ont pas réussi à réparer donc nous avons changé de logement. Les logements sont équipés de façon disparat. Certains disposent d’un micro micro-ondes et d’autres non. Les deux nuits que nous avons passé étaient affreuses, car il y avait...

"They couldn’t find my Expedia reservation until the next day. You guys need a way better system than the one you have, people need to be able to book with Expedia and just show up to the hotel. But the manager on duty that night told me “it’s not us, it’s your booking.” Like it was my fault for booking online. That’s a terrible way to talk to your customers."
