"Basically, it is a new hotel not ready to be a hotel. The listing on Expedia said it had A/C. It did not. I arrived after 9 pm on my only night there to find it impossible to enter. No one told me this in advance. I had to call and wait 5 minutes to enter my room all the while having to a make room"

"Toilet was not clean at all"

"Good location near Stuggart. Accommodation and area is really nice and quiet. Nothing within walking distance and need a car. Room was quiet stuffy and hot."

"We had check-in issues and sat waiting for 30 minutes in the sun, locked out. Online check in did not work. We had to email them once and call twice to finally get our keys. There is no A/C in the rooms and it is on a noisy street. The front of the hotel was covered in giant spiders and mosquitoes attacked me all night. Not my best stay of late. Won’t be back…"
