"Lochview Lodges offered a wonderful stay with its well-appointed lodges and breathtaking views of the loch and surrounding countryside. We raised the issue with the property manager and to his credit he responded very quickly can came to the property to see if he could fix the issue. He couldn't but after a few calls advised that someone would be arriving to fix the problem and we would be contacted.
