À welcome return to this hotel. I stayed in a newer bigger room. Breakfast was included in the price. Proximity to the station and public transport plus easy access to the centre of town and shopping and restaurants makes it a very convenient place to stay.friendly helpful service

The front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. The only issues I had were a) the mould and grunge on the bottom inside of the shower door and b) that all the pillows were too thick and hard which hampered sleep. I had to create my own pillow from towels. Otherwise the hotel is clean and well located

Welcoming staff, spacious and clean room, lovely breakfast with a local and homemade touch, conveniently located by the train station and within walking distance from the city centre. Our king size bed was comfortable but not so much the sofa bed for our kids. We had to shut the window in the morning due to the smell of cigarette coming from outside, the bathroom was basic.

Never ever again

This hotel has no elevator. We had flies in our room even though we put a sign on our door knob both days to not clean the room, more flies got into the room. That's disgusting! - Our GPS was unable to get the car in front of the hotel, we tried it over and over again for 20 minutes. Finally we schlepped our 3 heavy suitcases about 500 meters to the hotel, then found a parking garage for our rental car.

It was very difficult to find the hotel. When I asked Gmail how to get there I was told to use GPS. But apparently the city is changing and when we arrive they golf us only the Waze app works. So we circled to trying to find the property for about an hour. Also, it is barely a three star property. The lifts are tiny and the rooms small and very basic. Also, the lobby carpet should have been vacuumed much more.
