Room smelled of curry like Indian cooking BAD. MULTIPLE air fresheners and windows wide open all day and night couldn’t get the smell to go away. Otherwise a decent place

Overall, the property provided a satisfactory stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. However, the lack of parking and the inconvenient location for navigating by car were the only drawbacks. It's suitable for walking around during the day, but I wouldn't recommend walking at night. The location of the stay in downtown was great because it was right in the middle of where many activities take place.

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean & very spacious. Everyone was super helpful with the check in process & check out was super simple. Overall I think it’s a great place especially for larger families. The location is great too with it being a few minutes walk away from downtown Reno. Street parking was easy to find. Overall we my family had a good time here & we would definitely book again!

I had an amazing stay with barsala at canyon flats. The apartment was huge and very easy to navigate. Great location and very good communication to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Will be back whenever I come to Reno!

I had beenlooking for a place for the weekend, but most places wanted $150 a night, so i took a chance and went on expedia, and saw the add forthe condo, and booked it immediatly, and i am so glad i did becaise my stay was wonderful!

Canyon Flats Condos are exactly as described, fully furnished apartments. The location, in the middle of downtown is convenient, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The downside of the property is that it does not have a parking at the property. Instead, guests can park for free at the Circus Circus hotel, about 5 minute walk. It would not have been a big deal, except we had to unload and load ski equipment everyday, and it was a quite a hassle having carry them through the maze of the property. We probably wouldn't stay again during our winter vacation, but it's a good option for summer stays.

My stay at Canyon Flats was great! The rooms were very nice. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and linens, large smart TV with all of the TV subscriptions, hot shower with nice hair and body wash products. I got everything I was looking for and more, including a place to play pool and other fun games, and a place to finish up some work. I had absolutely no issues during my stay, and Canyon Flats is my #1 choice for my next stay in Downtown Reno.

The set up was nice: however the area was a bit noisy cars passing by all day and night. The last night I was there across the street there is a tire shop and a few losers decided to park at the tire business play their LOUD music from 12am-2am! It was horrible we did not get enough rest! I personally wouldn’t book a second time here. ALSO THIS IS NOT A HOTEL MORE LIKE A AIRBNB. If you want your room to be cleaned you have to pay an additional extra fee for each day/time.

The Barsala crew was awesome. The unit is extremely far from the front desk. The carpets in the halls are filthy. It's definitely a college dorm. Sketchy people everywhere. The units look nothing like the pictures on the site. It's extremely loud. Very busy street and police and ambulance noises at all hours. The beds are right next to the windows and the blinds don't keep the light out. I hate to say all of this because the Barsala team did everything right. I'm very disappointed in my stay. Not at all what was advertised.

There are few issues 1. We were expecting queen bed but this bed is very small hardly got fit so have to sleep on couch 2. Bath soap is missing 3. Towels in bathroom are not standard size they are small. 4. No extra blankets were available
