Cozy Reno Condo Monthly Rental

Located in NW Reno near four shopping centers and UNR. Thirty minutes to Truckee and Tahoe. The home has been completely renovated with a new kitchen and all new bathrooms, air conditioning, and heating. Relax next to a real fireplace and hot tub. One-car garage parking with additional on-street parking. The complex has two swimming pools open in the summer and our rental includes one 35' + RV parking space in the communal RV lot.

Very quiet and cozy property. Everything you could need is provided. Within a few minutes driving time to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Host was very quick to communicate with any questions we had.
