Located in Midtown the neighborhood is surrounded by other homes and local businesses. You will be able to walk to midtown within minutes if you choose. 5 or so minutes to any Hospital, Airport, and freeway entrances. This property does have an exterior security camera located on the back wall in the stairwell that does not invade any privacy of guests.
