"There was mold on the ceiling in our shower, main pool was closed so the second pool was wildly packed with nowhere to sit and we got bit by bed bugs/fleas. Other than that, Lots to do at the hotel. "

"I just needed something safe for a night while traveling across the country. I was with a child and dog. I loved that the parking lot was well lit as I had a lot of luggage in the car. They had a designated dog area close to my room. The bed was comfy. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the room smelled strongly of cleaner. I expect to cover up prior dog smell. However, I appreciated that I could bring my fur baby along though. I’d stay again if needed."

"Everything was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a nightmare, maybe because I booked with Expedia/AfterPay. There is no front desk. I sat for an hour while Kasa Customer Service was unhelpful via text, email, and call - their form would not work on multiple browsers via phone and laptop. Finally they submitted it for me so I could get the door code. It took another half hour get the parking lot code and to verify I could park in their parking lot with the parking pass from the room."

"The host was very responsive to messages. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There were no kitchen towels, rags, or dish soap, so we just bought some to use while there. It worked well for our stay! Thank you!"

"Place was super clean, staff was very friendly & helpful. Great selection for breakfast. Easy check in & check out. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Staff at frontdesk (young guy) was very rude and not professional, argue with guests. They didn't provide the room that we booked, give room that is less in value. Pool and breakfast not provided during our stay but no notification before and no refund. Terrible experience."

"The condo was nice and very well kept. The host was quick responding and left very clear instructions. Tho only issues that i found with the property is that the mattresses were not comfortable. I ended up going to buy a foam topper to use for the second night. I recommend adding a foam topper to each and the stay would have been perfect. "
