"The front desk and valet staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We will totally stay here if we are in Seattle again. If you need parking, just be sure to include it when you make your reservation. The lot was full when we arrived, but since I had reserved the parking, we were fine. "

"The property is dated and isn’t very clean. The staff was helpful upon our arrival and allowed us to change rooms because the toilet placement caused your knees to go into a wall. The showers are extremely tiny or no pressure at all. Location is the only good thing. It was just me and my boyfriend, but I wouldn’t take my kids to stay there. Just don’t feel safe/secure enough. "

"We liked the location, close to many restaurants. Close to space needle. Easy access to bus service for things a little further away. Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again on a return to Seattle."

"This was my second time staying I’m at this hotel. The property is so cute and conveniently located. It is within walking distance of the waterfront, which is why we chose it. The staff was wonderful, I will definitely stay here again. We stayed in a Petite room this time though and the description as Petite is spot on."
