"Staff were lovely but the room was not clean. My bed sheets were dirty and had crumbs and hair in it which I didn’t find out until I pulled sheets back to go to bed The other bed sheets weren’t clean either. My son wanted a bath so I went to get a plug from reception and after waiting for a bit I decided to wipe out the bath and the wipes I used were very dirty afterwards so he had a shower instead. Bath mat that was hanging on the rail looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks but we were definitely not going to use that either. I have stayed here before and it was very clean and comfortable on that occasion but definitely not on this one. It was like the room had been missed by the cleaners."

"Perhaps a knife a fork could be provided for guests and rooms updated. Vermiculite ceilings in rooms should be covered over as vermiculite emits fine dust. Dark curtains make the room I stayed in feel gloomy!"
