"great place to stay, 5min walk away from the ximen mrt and a convenience store 1min away. also a rather good breakfast place a few seconds away. hotel itself was nice looking, quite spacious for the triple single bed. the amenities were self service, take as u need, which was nice. the 2nd level social floor was great as well; provided a space for us to takeaway our food and to have food there. had many options of food & drinks to choice from to consume.the gesture of the jigsaw card was cute. "

"I quite love this hotel actually. However, there are some concerns that i would like to recommend. Hotel should do more clean because i found hair on the floor and dust on the fridge. In case of amenities, hotel should give all rooms in day by day. The price is reasonable and staffs are quite good in service and communication. "The hotel was a little bit hard to find at first especially now that the MRT station is under construction. It took us a few minutes but we managed to find it eventually after much searching. Hotel address did not reflect the street name and this was part of the problem. Google maps wasn't much help either. "The front desk staff was exceptional: polite, helpful, and very accommodating. We arrived at 6:30am flying all night from Los Angeles and didn't get good sleep on the plane. We asked if we could pay extra to check in early, even though there was no room available at that time, they tried and moved things around and was able to get us checked in at 9am with just a small early check in fee. We had our much needed rest in the hotel before heading out in the afternoon. I especially wanted to call out Carmen and her staff in helping us."
