"We had a brilliant week thank you! Everything went very smoothly from booking right through to a fond farewell. Kayleigh was as attentive as we could want and very friendly. The villa is superb, just what we needed. Well resourced for a large family. Pool and hot tub much enjoyed. And the views! The pictures are brilliant but even they don’t do it justice! Many thanks for a restful stay!"

"This Villa is a delightful well furnished villa.There were a couple of minor issues we had, but these were resolved quickly and to our 100% satisfaction.The only negative observation we have, although it did NOT affect our visit, is the spiral staircase upto the 3rd bedroom which is rather steep and not suitable for very young or elderly guests. This bedroom lacks an en suite and would necessitate trips up and down the spiral staircase to visit the toilet. I think this might be useful to point...

"We loved staying in Villa Leticia, and it fitted well with my family of seven adults. This villa is by far the best standards we have rented, and between us we have over 100 years combined holiday villa experiences to compare. The Villa was so clean and it provided for everything, right down to detail such as two kitchens that had more than enough for us all to use for catering. The Pool, sun loungers and hot tub just delightful. The surrounding environment quiet and the views breathtaking....

"Beautiful villa. Car needed to get to La Herradura. Walk down to beach 10 mins, all down hill. But difficult walking back with heat and hills. Electric cut off on occasions/tripped. Luckily one of our guests could rectify. Team estate very responsive. "

"We all loved the villa, very spacious and beautiful grounds/garden. The pool and hot tub were especially a hit with the children. Very well equipped and good contact with the host. We did think it would be good to have a small stock of plastic glasses/ plates for young children and inflatable’s for the pool. "

"Villa Mimosa is a nice property. We enjoyed our stay, however, the property is long in the tooth and getting on the shop worn side. The view of the Med is super and I have written the owners and made some suggestions to improve the experience. "

"On the plus side the house is nice and as described other than the bathroom is a little worn, the toilet is cracked in several places and the shower doors do not close properly and are stained at the bottom. it is a very steep walk down to the town and we ended up driving as taxis were in short supply. However we were informed the day before our holiday that there was a colony of feral cats living on the property and were asked to feed them at 6pm daily There were 11 cats including 3 kittens....

"This is a really lovely villa to stay in when you need a relaxing time. Having a car is essential but it is 10 minutes to salobrena and 18 minutes to almunecar so was ideally located. The design of the property was gorgeous with almost every room having the most amazing sea views. Would definitely visit again!"

"The villa is located just a short walk into the town of Orgiva but in a very private and peaceful position. Lovely pool area with views of the mountains. The house itself is comfortable and well equipped. Parking is within the gated grounds."

"Property and view were great. The pool was not cared for as it should have been. We checked in on Sunday and not one person showed up to clean or test pool water in the entire 9 days of our stay. Pool water level got too low for the skimmers to work and pool turned cloudy. Needless to say we didn’t use it after the first couple days. Other than that the place was great "
