"Well located. Staff very polite. Had an issue with the bathroom door that was a little annoying. The door handle would not work without locking the occupant in the bathroom so the door handle was removed and the resulting holes were taped over. The door would then not subsequently close probably ... not a big issue but perhaps not what you wourld expect in a five star hotel."

"Our first stay at Lisbon Wine Hotel. Very quiet considering the construction just down the street. Keep in mind that the road in front of the hotel is closed to vehicles from 11am to midnight and public parking is about 2 blocks away. Despite this, we would stay again and highly recommend. Staff were a delight and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely as were the rooms, the garden and wine. Many restaurants and amenities within walking distance. "

"The facility is spotless. The service is impeccable. The staff is always ready to help. I cannot say enough about this hotel and it's staff. It is one of the best hotel visits I've had in my life. When a tour was canceled on us due to a flat tire, the front desk staff arranged a wonderful alternative that resulted in a vist to a vinyard operated on a natural basis, and the wine was wonderful. I can miss giving a shout out to the breakfast, best ever with a mix of buffet and special order! ...
