"The location is ideal for us; we were able to walk to local spots to eat, Cannery Row and Fishermans Wharf. Also, plenty of historic spots throughout the area. We found the staff extremely helpful and they attended to our needs efficiently. The space is lovely and we enjoyed our time there."

"Great location with plenty of eatery at walking distance. Clean hotel. Loved the shutters. The people helping with luggage and housekeeping were very nice and friendly. However, booking staff and surrounding eateries seemed unorganized and inefficient. Overall I do recommend this location."

"Overall a decent stay and better than other Motel 6 I stayed in before. Rooms were clean and updated, except for the bathroom door that almost fell off its angles if not for 5+ layers of paint. Really appreciated the upgrade to laminate floors which is a must for a hotel that allows pets. Did not use the laundry room so cannot comment on that, but all the appliances in the room were working. Hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, right next to a Denny's that serves great breakfast, and very close to a beach (with lifeguards). There is also a humungous playground across the street from the hotel, and a Walmart within walking distance. So, while it does not offer much in terms of amenities or flair, its prime location makes it a place I would go to again."

"Old Victorian house with creaky floors and real room keys in a neighborhood setting. Charming in its older style. Nice outdoor patio and free evening glass of wine. Friendly and hospitable staff and a good breakfast. Parking is mostly on the street, but never had an issue getting a spot. Great location 3 blocks from Lover's Point and restaurants within walking distance. Room was small with no ac, but a box fan was provided which did cool the room."
