"BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front):This property is decaying; that's part of the history and the charm. I hope efforts can be made to restore it, The interior is beautiful, reflecting the 1940's tradesmanship.The bedrooms are well furnished with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were fine; one had a spacious walk in shower.You must see the chickens!!So visit; you won't be disappointed.Oh, and visit local wineries!"

"The pictures do not do this property justice! The view off the back of the house is stunning, including partial lake views with stunning sunsets. The covered back patio was cool and our central hangout location. When the sun got warm in the late afternoon, we could use the front porch for shade if needed. The swimming pool was very clean, super refreshing and salt water!We also enjoyed the hot tub. Both of the bedrooms upstairs were sufficiently cool with the window air-conditioning units and the ceiling fans. One suggestion that I would have for visitors would be to bring extra ice because the refrigerator/freezer machine was not able to keep up with the need for ice in the hot summer. Also, the property has a really nice speaker system with Bluetooth that you can hear from the back patio and in the pool, so there was no need for us to bring our own portable speaker.The hosts were prompt in responding to questions we had before enduring our stay. Our group included eight adults ranging an age from mid 30s to late 60s and we all loved it and hope to come back next year. Thank you for having us in your home!"
