Schon der Eingangsbereich und die Flure waren sehr schmutzig, die Türen beschädigt und es gab einen unangenehmen Geruch. Der gesamte Zustand war unzumutbar – es sah überhaupt nicht wie ein Ort aus, an dem man übernachten kann. Wir mussten wieder gehen und haben um eine Rückerstattung gebeten. Leider entspricht die Unterkunft in keiner Weise den Bildern oder der Beschreibung. So ein Ort sollte wirklich...

"It’s short walk from Vienna central station. Grocery is right in the corner. Lots of small restaurants around the area. You can feel the lifestyle of the local people. The room is spacious and clean with all facilities we need. I really like the apartment."

"Room had all we need, easy access to apartment. Clean room with towels. Just a couple of stops on the subway which made the access to the centre very easy. Neighbourhood may appear a bit intimidating but we didn’t have any issues. Would stay there again"

"Totally not in the location advertised, the pin was shown just near the centre, 5-10 min walk, it was actually 40 min from it. It was booked for 3, but only 2 towels were provided. The sofa bed had huge dents in it and felt like it should have been replaced 10 years ago, definitely not suitable for sleeping. Worst nights sleep ever! "We spent three very comfortable and enjoyable nights here. The hotel is very well maintained with well appointed rooms. Breakfast was very good with a great choice. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room. It’s very well located for local transport. There is a rail station with a direct connection to the airport and the 71 tram takes you to the heart of the city in ten minutes. "
