Overall, our stay at Christiano Apts was okay. The air conditioning was great. Located across from a grocery store which was awesome. Close to tram (5 min walk), further to the U-Bahn (10-15 mins). Took ~20 mins by public transit to get to city centre. However, it left a lot to be desired. It was clean and did the job for us, but I wouldn't stay there again for more than a few days. They said toiletries were provided in their listing (to me this means shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.), but there was only hand soap provided. There was a soap dispenser in the shower, but it wasn't labelled, and it seemed to be the same as the hand soap when I looked at it. The room itself smelled okay, but the building definitely smells like smoke overall. The elevator is not totally accessible - there's a half flight of stairs down to the closest elevator from the main floor. The next elevator above this was up a half flight of stairs. A lot of the items in the room were not secured properly - the wardrobe almost fell on me at one point because it wasn't anchored to the wall. The TV mount was also fighting for its life to stay on the wall. Shower door didn't seal properly. Several of the doors didn't close smoothly. No instructions to change the language on the TV or anything like that. The outdoor terrace was dirty, with a lot of bird feces on it. Kitchen was very small, the photos included in the listing were not reflective of the suite that we were staying in.

We had a great stay at this BnB! The space was big and very clean, which made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Having a grocery store right in front was a huge plus for convenience. While it’s a bit far from the city center, we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and had a nice day walking around the area. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

Great stay

[Stayed from 27-30 December ] Good location, close to public transport into the city centre. Lidl just across the street for groceries. Friendly owner / staff. Great studio apartment for three people, even the sofa bed was relatively comfier than expected and excellent central heating for winter. Clean and organised. Check-in / out was smooth.

Very well equipped apartment. Very clean with every utensil you need for cooking. Close to railway station and metro to go into the centre of Vienna Good restaurants near by. Lidl opposite for food A very helpful host Plenty of room to lounge ,eat and sleep

I recently stayed for five nights, and I’m extremely impressed with both the property and the service provided. Although the original property I booked had an unexpected issue, the team immediately arranged a larger property in an even better location, all at the same price. Their communication was excellent — they were always reachable and very helpful throughout my stay. The accommodation itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The quick resolution, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the hosts made the experience seamless and stress-free. I truly appreciate their efforts and would not hesitate to stay with them again. Highly recommended!

A great apartment, well located near public transp

East to find, 5 min walk from tram station. Clean and tidy on arrival - ours was on the 5th (top) floor but there was a lift to the 4.5 floor. Duplex apartment - well equipped kitchen area was great as we did eat in most nights. Toilet on thisevel. Upstairs was the bedroom leading out onto a shared roof top area (no neighbours to share with whilst we were there). Shower and sink on this level and a fab little area with axomfy chair and opening window/balcony - great roof top views from both here and the other roof top area. Would definitely stay here again.

Our unit itself was clean. For a family of 6 all adults, the beds were small and not comfortable. Elevator not working and we were on the 5th floor. Lights on 2 of the floors were broken, we have to use our cellphone lights . The inside of the whole building needs to be updated.

Overall, the stay was good, with convenient access to the central train station and public transport. However, I had some minor difficulty finding the building. I used Google Maps, but I could not find any clear label for the apartment entrance. It would be helpful if the building name were displayed at the entrance. The apartment intercom door had a problem. It opened with a pass, but sometimes it did not work properly. However, after the first day, it seemed to be fixed. My apartment door also had some issues; it worked, but sometimes the key did not turn smoothly in the lock. The cleaning lady was friendly and tried to help me when the reception was not available.

The most terrible place I’ve ever stayed in. People playing and fighting upstairs and you feel like the sealing is coming down on you at 2 am. The place is unfinished and loose-live electric cable are everywhere. No room service in 5 days. Loads of Flys and insects. Flooring is filthy and your socks gets black in couple of hours.

Bij aankomst ontbraken de stoelen, en stond er een kapotte tafel. Dit zou opgelost worden, dezelfde dag nog. Nieuwe stoelen werden in de middag gebracht. De tafel niet. Echt morgen... niet dus. Die dag gaan bellen natuurlijk. Eigenaar nam niet op. Gelukkig liepen we de vriendelijke schoonmaak dame tegen het lijf, die we duidelijk hebben gemaakt dat we niet zouden accepteren dat de tafel nog 2 dagen ( ivm zondag) zou duren. Dat snapte ze. Zij heeft er voor gezorgd, dat er uiteindelijk een tafel uit een ander appartement gehaald is. De kapotte tafel heeft ons verdere verblijf in de hoek van het app. gestaan. Verder gedateerd, en zeer sober ingericht. Slijtage van het interieur. Kastdeur kapot. Ook het volledige pand. Losse trapleuningen e.d. Ook hebben wij halverwege om wat extra handdoeken gevraagd. 2 handdoeken voor 10 dagen vonden we wat karig. Dat zou geregeld worden. U raadt het al.... Niet natuurlijk.
