"The room was quite big! It was very clean with nice amenities and high quality products (soaps, coffee machine, etc.). The street is bustling and has many nice restaurants, and there is also a tram station nearby. The beach is also nearby. The front desk associates were very helpful and willing to book tour packages and recommend things to do. Elevator was malfunctioning for some time and we had to haul luggage up the stairs, but it was okay."

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "Maison Lamartine was an excellent stay in Nice. But a short walk to the beach, the property is immaculate. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. The only thing that we regret is we had to take breakfast in a hurry, as we had a train to catch. The breakfast was full of local and fresh pastries, jams, and cheeses. We wish we could have enjoyed a two hour breakfast. The place is top notch and will gladly return."

The property was very clean with friendly cleaning ladies in all areas. Even the floor in the bin room in the basement was freshly washed when I put my rubbish bag in there. Merci!"
