"The location of the property was excellent for exploring downtown Rekyevik. The apartment was a spacious one bedroom that included a kitchen which was great for cooking breakfast and storing drinks & leftovers. The property is close to 2 bus stop locations that are pick-ups for daily tours and only a 17 minute walk to the BSI bus terminal that offers transfers to KEF and REK airports. Also great that the apartments are across the street to the hotel so I was able to store my luggage on first day of arrival until check-in."

"Had a wonderful stay. The spa was amazing but be sure to make a reservation in order to use the space. Parking for the hotel is along the city streets and must be paid for via an app between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm. The front desk staff assisted us with setting up the app upon our arrival. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Old Harbor area which hosts a variety of restaurants, bars, and tour meeting places. Finally, while the breakfast buffet was adequate, there were other options close by to choose from."

"Room was fair. The window was single pain and the rubbish from local places was emptied at 6-30 - 7:00am so I was woke up every morning. Clean room, I think this was in the older part of the hotel, the website leads you to believe it's all refurbished. "

"The room was small as the expected. Very clean. Blanket was exceptionally comfortable and warm. The mattress on the bed was sunken in the middle and looked/felt like it should have been replaced months ago. "

"Proactive and friendly front desk staff. I commented that the initial room I was allocated felt a little small. The staff immediately changed our room to a more comfortable one. What was most impressive was the proactively and responsiveness of the hotel staff. Incredible service!"
