Alexandria C. was a blessing when we showed up tired and jet-lagged from our last minute flight from the west coast. She showed understanding and compassion and Best Western is very lucky to have her on their team. The breakfast was also good and Vernice made it even better with her smile. She clearly takes pride in what she does and it shows. I have travelled all over and have stayed from luxury to budget, and this hotel definitely stood out as one of my best stays, not only because of the clean and comfortable accommodation, amenities and the food but because of the people. "Had an issue with the microwave basically frying, I was offered the lobby microwave to use, if I needed to. I declined due to having a plan B. I did observe the bathroom needed minor touch up, but nothing that stuck out for being highly upset. Everyone speaks to you like you’re someone, and input is very important to them. I have never had any issues with the hotel. They make a lot of effort to satisfy."

"Staff was great and they provided everything my mother and I needed for our stay. Tabitha was a ray of sunshine and made every return to the hotel a pleasure. The rotating flavored water and on demand fresh ground coffee were excellent touches. I definitely recommend this property."
