Absolutely beautiful little guesthouse overlooking Knysna's harbor. Very spacious and comfortable room with free coffee, water, and a very nice bed. Opportunity to have breakfast on our balcony overlooking the water, which was amazing. Overall, could not recommend more!

We were met by the charming and helpful desk staff member. She was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. She showed us to our accomidations and informed of the other accomidations. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the property, canoeing on the river and just enjoyed to beautiful surroundings.

Friendly/helpful staff. Our room was very nice with a pretty view to a water lagoon surrounded by hills. Location is very convenient and close to town.

Incredible boutique experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. Every attention to detail. A wonderful afternoon tea followed by happy hour. Beautiful room, incredibly clean, stunning views. Highly, highly recommend staying here on your Garden Route drive! Thanks again to the wonderful Team!

Brenton on the Rocks is, without a doubt, one of the most magnificent guesthouses I have ever experienced. Perched right on the cliffs, the location is breathtaking, but it’s the hospitality and attention to detail that truly set it apart. What We Loved: • The Setting: There is a beautiful, hidden private beach accessible via a path directly from the property. It felt like our own secret paradise. • The Room & Property: Our suite was beautifully appointed and decorated with impeccable taste....

Next on the list for improvement should be replace mattresses. Fantastic stay Rose was so helpful. We took an Uber on Saturday night to the Island for dinner. It came in 7 mins. Unable to get an Uber for over an hour on the way back. Arranged another ride back to hotel. Lovely area. Lovely town

Gorgeous property! Great views of the lagoon. Beautiful room. The most comfortable bed in all of our 3 weeks of travel! Nice breakfast options. Walkable to restaurants.

A little piece of heaven hidden in the beautiful world of Knysna. It’s a must for anyone seeking beauty and solitude.

lovely

Awesome service

Our room was small, but very well designed and the view was to die for. Sitting outside at night was incredible. They have larger rooms and they all have a great view. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice place. Definitely a good place ;)

Loved the staff and the location. Such a beautiful view. We ended up having picnic dinners on the patio both nights and sitting til it got dark.

Fantastic place to relax and wind down. The owner was fantastic, the food and service were excellent. I would definitely recommend the Shangri-la to anyone staying in Wilderness.
