The room had a nice strong ac unit, and is close to many amenities. It was unique in style and comfortable to stay in.

One of the staff was very very arrogant rude he gave me my room card and the room was very dirty not clean so I go back to him he told me we don't have house keeping at the moment and I will offer u new towels I told him what r u saying to stay in a dirty room he reply back don't shout at me then his manger or colleague he apologized to me and give me new room I spent in this hotel 6 night this happend at 08-july-2017 12:07 am .

The De Medici Hotel is extraordinary with a fabulous historic art and sculptures thoroughout the historic building. The room well decorated like a fine home. The food and drink are terrific as is the staff. Willan, Janna and Micheal in paticular treat every guess as royalty with the perfect blend of attentiveness charm and humor. I highly recommended this hotel for your next stay in Dusseldorf.

This was by far the best three star hotel I have every stayed in and I have staying in thousands! Great hosts, lovely rooms and fab breakfast. Turn right out of the hotel and you are in the main shopping area in 500 yards. I stayed in room 14 which had a nice balcony.

The hotel was perfect to go to the Glasstec show, i will maybe go to the same place next show
