We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfy and everything was very clean. Beautiful bathroom and a gorgeous terrace with a direct view on the Ahr. I highly recommend their restaurant. We had a great dinner with local food and wine. Also their breakfast buffet was delicious! Overall a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was in a great location with parking. The staff member was nice. The breakfast was lovely. It was easy to walk around the town with a store and restaurants close by. The rooms were nice and clean.

I attend the UN Climate meetings in Bonn each year, and have stayed in Bonn and in small towns on both sides of the Rhein, to the south of the city. All places except one have been satisfactory, but this one stands out as special. The aesthetics are simple but pleasing. My room was spacious, especially the bathroom, though this is a renovation project and all rooms may not all be cut to the same size and shape. Everything worked. Great customer service

I just can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. We got there late and tired and the front desk guy was absolutely one of the best I've ever dealt with. Just fantastic. I speak ZERO German, and they were as friendly as they could be to me. GREAT JOB Steigenberger!

A very nice hotel, staff was excellent. Breakfast is great and the location is just peaceful and relaxing.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Wonderful property located in a lovely small village just outside Koblenz. Spa and gym were very nice. Only wish the sauna opened at 7am along with the pool. The hotel restaurant is very nice but if you prefer a more traditional German dining experience consider walking into the village and visiting the restaurant there.
