The owner (Gisele) and her daughter (Nicole) were super responsive to our questions/communications and we even returned to this property for an additional four nights during our visit to Germany. The location was great for catching the bus to get to downtown Heidelberg, and also to get to the train which we took to Cologne. The property is quiet and very comfortable. Also very clean.
