"Taxis were available within 5 minutes of the call. They were affordable, as the hotel is close to sites. The area is not walkable for tourist sightseeing. Staff were friendly and quite helpful."

"We were happy with working AC and speed internet. Also breakfast was amazing. The beds are not comfortable at all . The hotel alows people to smoke on the floors so you will fill it even if you requested a non smoking room."

"Giogina at the front desk is amazing. We saw her doing a great job with bunch of customers at the front desk while the fire alarm was on. I go to many Hotels and I pay a lot of attention to how we clean the room, the house keeper by the name of Fatima deserves a 6 stars , she pays a lot of attention to the customer’s needs and she is was very professional. "

"밀라노성당,스포르체스코성으로 트램을 이용해서 다녔는데 바로 앞에 역이 있어서 편리하게 이용했어요. 주위 아파트주거지역도 깨끗해서 동네 산책하며 로컬맛집 식사도 맛있고 가성비 좋았습니다. 한국처럼 시내와 가격차이가 많이 나요. 직원들은 모두 친절했고 유료주차이지만 렌트카를 아주 안전하게 발렛주차해주어서 편리했어요. 예쁜 로비에서 물과 음료를 무료로 이용할 수 있어요. 20유로 아침식사는 정말 훌륭합니다."
