"Four of us (2 adults and two teens) had a great stopover in Como. Beautiful, clean apartment in excellent location. Just about everywhere is walkable and there’s lots of nice places to eat, drink and shop in the immediate vicinity. Check in was easy, just needed to touch base with Marco before arriving. My Italian isn’t great but his English was impeccable. He is an excellent host! Would be more than happy to recommend. "

"The owner, Maurizio, was very friendly and went out of his way to tell us all about Como and what to do with our limited time there. We had a family room, which turned out to be 2 separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. There was a bathroom accessible from the hallway, but it was private for our family. "Although it’s quite a drive up on the steep hill ( watch out with bigger cars) and the entrance to the apartment is a bit challenging, once you are inside the view is so impressive that this is immediately forgotten. Also the apartment is spotless and I veru much appreciated that all basics were present - no need to go shopping immediately for toilet paper/oil-vinegar e.g - and the nice bottle of Prosecco waiting for is in the fridge!"
