Can’t beat the location as it’s centrally positioned with many many restaurants and gelato shops. Very near the dock for the ferrys to Bellagio annd Verenna and funicular for Brunate. Angelo, the host is very responsible and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Received a text 3 hours before check in that I had to pay an extra 150 euro that had not been included in the original price. They said that there had been a glitch in the system, however for me to find this out on my way to the accommodation having travelled from Ireland to be told that they wouldn't stand over the booking is absolutely disgusting. They then informed that it was up to me to sort the issue out giving me the number of Expedia Italy whom i called however as i CANT speak Italian...

"So hospitable, the staff was amazing even though one of our days was raining they gave us great suggestions. Mateo was so nice. They upgraded our room. We had a beautiful view of the lake. If you’re staying, you should definitely eat at their restaurant. The food is excellent would definitely go back."
