"Received a text 3 hours before check in that I had to pay an extra 150 euro that had not been included in the original price. They said that there had been a glitch in the system, however for me to find this out on my way to the accommodation having travelled from Ireland to be told that they wouldn't stand over the booking is absolutely disgusting. They then informed that it was up to me to sort the issue out giving me the number of Expedia Italy whom i called however as i CANT speak Italian...

We were amazed by the beautiful views, balconies, spaciousness, and cleanliness. We felt so safe inside the gates, and it was the perfect location to walk to restaurants and the ferry to other villages on Lake Como. Our host was very responsive and friendly, communicating perfectly on What’s App. Definitely recommend booking this perfect...
