"Zunächst: die Wohnung war super. Die Größe, die Lage und besonders der Blick auf den See. Einfach toll. Nicht ganz so toll war Alex, der die ganze Zeit,auch vorher schon total gleichgültig war. Wir haben ihn nie zu Gesicht bekommen. Kommunikation nur per WhatsApp. Keine Hilfe, wo man das Gepäck am letzten Tag lassen konnte. Es geht übrigens im Cafe am Bahnhof. Eine Waage für Gepäck wär gut. Auf die Frage passen unsere Stecker kam ein Bild ,war aber nicht eindeutig. Einfach: ja hätte gereicht....

"Amazing location with mountains and lake views right in front of the apartment. Walking distance to any shopping street, attraction, and ferry. The dining options were great with delicious food at any restaurant. Side Note: There was a bit of difficulty when it came to parking and garage space."

"The apartment is well-kept with complete supplies except that it needed a bigger role of paper towel starter and 1 or more kitchen towels. We only had one during our 3-night stay. The location is convenient to shoppping and tourist spots. Our stay was very pleasant."

"Received a text 3 hours before check in that I had to pay an extra 150 euro that had not been included in the original price. They said that there had been a glitch in the system, however for me to find this out on my way to the accommodation having travelled from Ireland to be told that they wouldn't stand over the booking is absolutely disgusting. They then informed that it was up to me to sort the issue out giving me the number of Expedia Italy whom i called however as i CANT speak Italian...

You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night.
