"Absolutely terrible experience. "Received a text 3 hours before check in that I had to pay an extra 150 euro that had not been included in the original price. They said that there had been a glitch in the system, however for me to find this out on my way to the accommodation having travelled from Ireland to be told that they wouldn't stand over the booking is absolutely disgusting. They then informed that it was up to me to sort the issue out giving me the number of Expedia Italy whom i called however as i CANT speak Italian...

Top Como Nord Lago Station Hotel Reviews

Hotel Villa Flori

Hotel Villa Flori

10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful setting. 30-40 min stroll along lakeside into Como. Good selection at breakfast. Buffet style cooked so could be warmer. No tea or coffee facilities in room. If you want the fast ferry service up to Bellagio area, get in queue in plenty of time as only sell tickets on day and sell out quickly."
