"Really enjoyed our stay. Apt can sleep 2 in bed and 1 on couch if needed.very walkable to carrefour express , La Vita e Belka ristorante and como central stores and lake como. TV only in Italian unless you stream. Travel with or buy your own corkscrew and can opener if you intend to make and laundry detergent. Needs towel racks in bathroom"

"Very nice apartment close to the lake of Como. The apartment is clean, very spaceous and all you need from cleaning tabs and coffee machine to extra pillows and diverse equipment etc were included. We received a bottle of wine as welcome gift as well. Nice gesture from the landlord who is really nice and always helpful. There were also a few toys fir the kids in the apartment and a ball to play outside the door in a lovely small garden. "

"Property was wonderful and in a scenic location but being there without a car limited our access to the lake itself. Would highly recommend to guests with a car but would choose something closer to train station if traveling by public transport"

"Location excellent, 5 stars with views across lake and able to sit on balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of the small boats coming and going at the jetty. Very hot when we stayed but the Aircon in all rooms was very efficient, and the windows were excellent at keeping any street noise out, a good undisturbed nights sleep. The property was a little worn and would benefit from some update and maintenance in places, but had all you needed and owner was very responsive."
