"Modern hotel with really high ceilings. Layout of the room could be better. Hotel still has a lot of construction work being carried out- outside the hotel building so can get noisy after 7.30am. The hotel grounds are unavailable as under construction. No direct dedicated entrance as under construction - need to enter the hotel through another hotel Overall - Comfortable stay and very helpful staff."

"By chance I chose this property for my stay in Como. What a HUGE blessing! The staff was so helpful and kind and I truly loved the accents! The property is stunning and lures you in from the moment you pull into the drive with vines and architecture surrounding you. Enter thru a beautiful entry with a winding red carpet stairway that leads you to an enchanting room of old world charm and luxury. I wanted to drink coffee all day and read a book in this room. In fact every common area you wanted to spend time in like it was a hope of a royal family. We then entered our room! I was so very pleased and excited...I felt like royalty. So clean, very elegant and a view! The windows are adorned with beautiful curtains and wooded shutters to block the light from the windows that open out to the view of lake and courtyard of the city! This is worth every dime you spend to stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the season ended so the restaurant had sadly just closed. But the town was still lovely, we were able to get food easily. The front desk attendants were always very helpful and nice and the hotel was lovely. The view is unmatched. Honestly I am still thinking about sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountains and the lake."

"Everything was great, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Just a side issue though, please if using the shower in the bath, try your best to keep shore footing because I slipped and banged my butt on the taps, it could of been a lot worse."
