"I’ve been fortunate to travel extensively and stay at some incredible hotels around the world, but I can honestly say that the Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como is the best hotel I’ve ever experienced.
The property is absolutely stunning. The setting on Lake Como is breathtaking, the rooms are beautiful, and every corner of the hotel feels peaceful, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. I sat looking at the lake on many occasions and I will never forget the peace that I felt.
The service is simply exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. Cesar was fantastic, he greeted me on my arrival and immediately I felt very at home. It was like I had known him for a long time. He really was excellent. It was authentic hospitality at its very best. You paid attention to every detail and somehow always seemed to be one step ahead of anything I needed.
It’s rare to leave a hotel already thinking about when you can come back, but that’s exactly how I felt.
