Villa “The Perfect Beach House” is built in an ideal location just on the beach of Lachania. It is surrounded by a huge field and offers privacy but also access to a secluded part of the beach. The villa is a building of more than 200 m². Contrary to the other villas, Perfect Beach House is elevated by 2 meters so that you have a great view to the sea from any part of the Villa.



The indoor common areas consist of the Kitchen, the two (2) bathrooms, the dining room, the billiard room and the living room with the large sofas, the TV, and the fireplace. It also has 6 bedrooms 4 of which have private terraces. The courtyard has BBQ facilities, outdoor kitchen facilities, as well as a sitting and dining area.

The pool is 50 m² and due to its architecture, the house has view to the sea.



On the first floor there are two (2) twin bedrooms, which overlook the hills of Lachania and the garden with the fruit trees of the house. On the second floor, overlooking the sea and the private terraces are the 2 master bedrooms of the villa. The double bedrooms face to the east.



On your vacation at Perfect Beach House, you will experience the beautiful sunrise, on the large terraces of these bedrooms. The refreshing sunrise, the moon as it rises slowly and the starry sky are a few of the things you can enjoy, accompanied by the splash of the waves. The last two bedrooms are on the lowest floor of the house, and they have two single beds each.

The terrace of Perfect Beach House, on the ground floor, is very large and has a view to the sea. You will see and hear the sea no matter what you do on the terrace, whether you are reading your favourite book, sunbathing by the pool, grilling your favourite food on the BBQ or enjoying your evening cocktail. This villa and the surrounding space were built so that you never lose contact to the sea.
