    Built in 2014, this high-end villa boasts modern amenities within its expansive beachfront garden. It includes a private tennis court, barbecue area, 90m2 overflow mosaic pool, and a 60m2 pergola with outdoor seating for twelve. The villa is furnished with brand-new, modern furniture.
    Situated on the pristine beach of Soroni, Renee Villa offers an executive experience with five air-conditioned suites, each featuring its own bathroom and direct access to a 50m2 balcony with sea and pool views. The spacious living room is equipped with the latest audio-visual technology, including a 50" plasma TV, Pioneer home cinema system, satellite, Wii console, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped Italian kitchen includes a cooking island, bar seating, and all necessary appliances. The villa also features a childrens playground, a large shaded patio with pool and sea views, and daily local breakfast prepared by local chefs.
    Guests can also request a chef to prepare authentic Greek cuisine at the villa or opt for delivery from the nearby Elena Tavern. This luxury villa is ideal for events such as weddings, birthdays, or other celebrations.

A stunning location tucked away from the hustle and bustle a car us a must if you are moving around to look at other landmarks, the property manager was impeccable and very friendly and ensured any of our concerns were dealt with swiftly

Highly enjoyable

We were delighted to observe that the villa matched the photographs advertised. This is a very high quality accommodation with excellent facilities and great location. If we considered returning to Rhodes, this villa would certainly be rebooked by ourselves.

Our holiday in Rhodes

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Renee. The property is of a fantastic standard and provides lots of space to totally relax ...practically on the beach. The support and help from Teta the property manager was excellent and any questions or requests were handled with speed and efficiency - really great The villa is located in a semi rural location and is definitely away from the tourist crowds on the East Coat We recommend the Pizza restaurant in Soroni where we spent a couple of very enjoyable evenings..... Having transport is very useful and access around the island is really good and not a massive problem..... We highly recommend the Villa and look forward to returning to Rhodes in the future....

Fantastiskt villa

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse i Villan, kontakten med Teta är enkel och hon ställer alltid upp och fixar med det som behövs. Härligt läge med fantastisk utsikt och poolen ligger fantastiskt bra med lite skugga i vattnet på eftermiddagen. Vi saknade ingenting, det enda som är lite konstigt är att det står att det ska finnas sovplatser för 12 personer men det finns bara 10 riktiga sängar. Eftersom vi var 11 personer erbjöds en sova på en madrass på golvet, vilket inte var enligt vår förväntan? Vi kunde lösa det genom att bära upp en divan från soffan och lägga madrassen på den men förstår inte varför det står att det finns sängar för 12 personer när det bara finns 10 sängar.

Beautiful villa and position

When entering the villa the view through the full glass windows to the outside is stunning. The villa is beautiful and just being in the garden with the view of the sea is lovely. The outdoor area is really big with lots of options for sun, shade, eating, chilling on a sofa etc. The villa itself was a lovely place to stay and the air conditioning the best I’ve ever experienced. The facilities with the villa are outstanding. Communication with Téta was again outstanding; she replied to messages immediately. The beach is not one to just sit on as it’s not small pebbles but very large ones so very difficult to walk on; but nice to look at. The town doesn’t look much but we tried some of the cafes and all very good. Elena’s restaurant just a 3 minute walk away was fantastic, we loved it and the owners were so friendly with great food. I have to say if you don’t like cats this villa isn’t for you. There are lots of cats living on the property, sitting on the outdoor sofas and walking about. They look clean and were friendly and didn’t go In the villa but we did have 7 one evening. Cats are all over Greece so it’s not unusual to see them but we were surprised to see so many around all the time. They definitely live there. I’d also say you need a car to get around to see the island. But definitely a lovely villa in a very quiet, non-touristy area.

The Amazing Renee Beach Villa

We are a family of 9 + a toddler that just came back from a week at this amazing villa. The pictures are true, the villa is stunning !!! It's a brand new villa in a vey quite place just few steps from the water. The rooms are specious with nice and comfortable bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and the whole property is airconditioned. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by the Despina, the lovely house keeping, with a smile (she is smiling all the time) and a fantastic welcome snake meal. Zohar (the owner) was very welcoming and helpful, it seems that he doesn't have the word "no" in his vocabulary, to all our requests (and there were a lot), he responded immediately and positivly. We never encountered such a villa owner like him. The pool is fantastic and we practically spent most of our time there. The villa is on the west side of the island, so it's more windy and the sea was not always welcoming. However, when the water were calm (4 days out of 7), we swam in the sea 3 or 4 times a day. We feel that the location of the villa was perfect for us, as this side of the island is very serene with very few tourists, if any. The taverna on the beach, is excelent and it takes only 2 minutes to walk there. I recomend to make a trip from the villa south, along the coast line, all the way to Prasonisi, it's a beautiful drive with lots of spectaclure beaches and lovely villages (don't miss visiting Castle of Monolithos). We highly recomend this villa and we already rented it for next year

What a peaceful wonderful week....

From the initial booking, through the excellent communication with the property manager Teta, this holiday has been a delight. The description is very accurate - the villa is very well appointed and the grounds are spacious and well kept. The massive 20 metre pool is fresh spring water so does not have the chlorine problems of some pools. The sea at the bottom of the garden is warm and inviting (but pebbly so bring beach shoes!). We were a party of 10 adults ranging in age from 19 to 60 and there was plenty of room for us all to find our own quiet spaces. The tennis court was a bonus for the 4 of us who play regularly - mornings were best when the wind was not so strong! Soroni is not a place to go if you want night life and action - it looks like a village that may have had plans to expand but never has. There is an intermittent bus service to Rhodes town but you must find the times (The timetable says the first one leaves at 08.10...it leaves at 08.00!) For some of our party that trip was the only time they left the Village. 4 of us did a walk of about 25 kilometres to and from Butterfly Valley one day - it is a beautiful place and well worth a visit - get there early (10.00) before the coaches arrive and it is very peaceful and the butterflies are amazing. There is a winery with free tasting half way down on the way back...it was used by us! Soroni has some very nice restaurants with amazing value - Mpakalogatos Nikos does a meze meal of about 8 different dishes with as much wine as you can drink for 12 euros a head. The village restaurants (and supermarkets) are a kilometre walk from the Villa but Elena's is only a 5 minute walk - we used this several lunchtimes and a couple of evenings - excellent food and wonderful sunsets. Half way up the road is Loukia - run by a husband and wife - lovely food with freshly prepared dishes...in fact everywhere we eat was really good quality and superb value. A lovely place overall!

Tranquility in Soroni

This is a wonderful property and perfectly located for a family. Teta the property manager was responsive and amazing. She provided tips and recommendations and was always on hand when needed.

an unforgettable week!

The house was ideal for our big family. The kids never wanted to leave the pool, we cooked a lot in the well-appointed kitchen, and watched movies every night on the TV. The rooms were nice and clean, and the sunsets from the garden and the beach are spectacular. Two highlights; Teta, the house manager. She was so helpful and accommodating, and answered our every question and request promptly. Just wonderful. And Elena Taverna. Michalis and his wife were so warm and friendly to us and the food is fantastic. A gem just a short walk from the house. Thank you Teta and Renee Villa!

Everything we expected and more

Such a lovely location on North West of Rhodes. Villa was very nice and the care from the owner and property manager was outstanding. Brand new gas BBQ, incredible grounds and pool and the view...pictures can only show so much. Some new tennis rackets and a bit of work to the court would be good but minor in grand scheme of things. We loved it.

Tolles Haus , tolle ruhige Lage.

Luxuriöse Villa mit tollem Service

Schöne Villa mit tollem Grundstück und grandiosem Pool. Strand nur bedingt zum Baden geeignet. In der Umgebung eine sehr nette Taverne, aber sonst nicht viel Angebote. Top Service, Managerin rund um die Uhr erreichbar und sehr aufmerksam. Urlaub mit 2 Familien in der Renee Villa war traumhaft schön.

Lovely house by the sea

Very nice house on the seashore at Soroni. Beautiful house, with large pool and an extensive outdoor area. Teta the property manager was very efficient and handled all our requests very quickly. The garden leads directly to a beautiful shoreline with clear water. 100 meters to the excellent Taverna Elena. Soroni village is 1km away and has a range of cafes and restaurants as well as supermarket, atm, pharmacy etc. Thoroughly recommend this property.

Amazing week in villa Renee

We were a group of 7 adults and 2 kids. Villa Renee was the perfect villa for us. Teta was waiting for us on arrival with a lovely spread of Greek snacks as we arrived quite late in the evening, and was extremely helpful with any queries I had. The villa is very spacious, no one ever felt on top of each other. Most evenings we made the most of the perfect temperatures and the lovely outdoor dining facilities. We did venture down the road to Elena’s which was incredible, great to catch the sunset! We had cars and explored the island heading to falaraki, Lindos and Stegna, all within a 45 min drive of the villa. Local supermarket AB Food market is very well stocked (lots of great local wines)! Thank you villa Renee for making our first holiday in 18months so memorable!!

Schöne Villa, es fehlt Pflege

Eine schöne Villa, gut gelegen und der Pool ist riesig. Allerding gehört der Pool renoviert, aus dem Boden lösen sich einzelne Fliesen. Nur der Fernseher im EG war betriebsbereit, die anderen beiden Fernseher nicht angeschlossen. WLAN hat öfters Probleme gemacht und die Fahrräder aus der Beschreibung waren nicht vorhanden. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub, da die Villa ansonsten hält was die Fotos versprechen. Bei Abreise haben wir uns geärgert da der Vermieter für Late Check-Out noch einmal zusätzlich Geld haben wollte - das sollte bei dem Preis eigentlich kein Problem sein.

Fabulous villa by the sea

We had a great stay in this beautiful villa. The pool and beachside location are amazing. The villa is well-equipped and there is plenty of space inside and out for a big group. Teta was brilliant at responding to our questions during the stay and was always on hand if needed. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

What A Fantastic Week

This property is truly lovely and supported by the most professional and attentive support team. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a thoroughly good time despite the sensitivities of covid. Keep your bedroom veranda doors open and listen to that sea - fantastic!

Amazing Villa Renee

What a great stay!! The accommodation is amazing - we were met by a boldly designed and generously proportioned contemporary luxury villa with sweeping views of the ocean. We were welcomed by an open planned living space, deep covered veranda, lawn, outside dinning, pool and ocean. The living space is punctuated by clean lines, massive sliding doors and high ceilings create timeless style. The sparkling pool and magnificent views capture senses through the extensive use of glass. All of the bedrooms including the fifth bedroom downstairs are extremely spacious in size, have en-suite bathrooms with showers and include cupboards, shelving. Couple this with an extremely pro-active and responsive management team that will answer to your every query/need and ensure your acquittance with the amenities and local attractions. The owner and the property manager were friendly and welcoming and reason enough to return in future for a holiday filled with assured hospitality commensurate with the high architectural standard of this wonderful ‘home away’ from home.

Sehr nette Leute. Wenn es ein Problem gab war die Vermieterin sofort da und hat sich darum gekümmert und herrichten lassen. Sehr zum weiterempfehlen!

Amazing stay!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Renee villa. Everything was perfect. The house was beautiful. The grounds were wonderful. Teta was so helpful And had a beautiful Birthday cake for my husbands birthday! It was quiet and a wonderful Vacation for our family Of 9. Wish I was still there!!! Karen Steger

The beautiful villa exceeded all expectations! We went with the whole family, nine adults and two babies of one and three years old. We had, per couple, a big private bedroom with bathroom, all with balcony. The space down, including kitchen, was large enough for all of use. It was all perfectly clean and everything we needed was present, also a lot of towels to use at the pool. The pool was great and we used it a lot, just as the BBQ. The location was wonderful. At the end of the large garden you will find the beach and only after a few minutes of walking you will find the wonderful restaurant Elena where you can eat very well. On the day of arrival there was a delicious buffet ready for us in the villa, which we enjoyed, and we could also find all the groceries for the first day in the fridge and kitchen. Thank you Teta for all the good care. Whenever we asked you, you were always ready for us. We really appreciated that!! A thank you also to Zohar for smoothly changing our arrival and departure day. The description of the villa is extremely correct. You will indeed find everything as described and many extra surprises. We hope to come back again and will definitely recommend this villa to everyone! Love from a happy family!!
