Step into Dwylan - pronounced 'Dwill-Lan, a true tardis of a holiday home that stretches beyond what you'd expect, offering endless nooks and crannies for the kids to play hide and seek. Despite its expansive size, this home gives off an inviting, cosy feel that's perfect for family gatherings and relaxation. Enter through a bright and airy garden room, a great spot to sit back, watch the world go by, or take in a morning coffee. The large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is the heart of the home, designed for families. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, while the spacious living area features ample seating, a Smart TV, and doors that open onto a patio — perfect for evening dining or simply soaking up the coastal air.
Just off the main kitchen area, a cosy snug provides a quiet retreat or space for teens to unwind. Through another door off the kitchen is a utility room that offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, while a kit room and large garage provide ample space for watersports gear, bags, and other equipment. Additionally, there is a downstairs toilet and under-stairs storage.
The downstairs also boasts a bright king bedroom with direct access to the patio. Upstairs, you'll find four additional bedrooms: a huge master suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a king room, a twin bedroom, and a cosy bunk room. Each bedroom is well-furnished with storage furniture. The family bathroom includes a bath, shower, sink, and toilet.

A Beautiful stay
We have had a wonderful weekend spending time in this lovely property. Very spacious, beautiful décor, loved the open plan of the living area/kitchen.
We would definitely recommend to other large families/groups. Practically on top of the gorgeous village and minutes from the gorgeous beach.

Long weekend June 2025
We stayed in Dwylan for 5 nights June 2025. Family of 6, including 2 elderly parents and 2 dogs. House was perfect for us, downstairs bedroom and bathroom ideal for the parents. Safe and enclosed back garden good for the dogs. House is 30 seconds fromthe village centre and 3 minutes to the beach. Very very clean and all facilities provided for. We have rebooked for September.

Good could be great
We had a great week and really enjoyed the accommodation particularly the setting. The outside space was quite limited and dirty on arrival (we had to clean it) but the kids made the most of it and being so close to the beach and with a nice 1st floor balcony it didn’t really matter. Access to board games and a big communal open kitchen/lounge was fantastic. A boiling hot tap for tea and coffee was well used by us and a great addition.
Overall it was really good but probably frustratingly it could have been absolutely great with some very easy wins.
The grill on the barbecue was so rusty it was unusable and the front door frame was cracked at the bottom. Two rooms had no wardrobe space at all and nowhere to really hang anything and the mattresses were very uncomfortable in the double and twin room. It was just a few bits and bobs like this that let it down a bit.
Position wise it was probably the best location you can ask for. Within 100 yards we had beach road with shops, takeaways and coffee shops. The beach is 200 yards and you can easily walk to the Oyster Catcher too.
We had a really good week but just a few suggestions for improvements.
