This spacious pet friendly property is situated on 1Acre of land overlooking and with direct access to Cowes Golf Course and just a short 5min walk to beautiful Silverleaves beach. Close to all the conveniences of Cowes township which is1km and the attractions of Phillip Island are all within easy access.

This spacious property is perfect for families and groups. Enjoy the privacy and outlook of the golf course fairways, be sure to visit Silverleaves Store & Providore for morning coffee & pastries.

Appointed with luxury appliances and fittings throughout, wood heater, air conditioning, well equip kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 2x double ovens, large fridge/freezer), 3 smart televisions with Netflix, Disney plus, Amazon prime and more. Free Wifi. Laundry washing machine & dryer. BBQ and outdoor fire pit. 4+ car parking spaces. Pets welcome (please contact us directly if booking with pets).
