"We travelled as a family of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids of 5 and 7), our 2 rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean...all of the staff on reception were great, we had to extend our stay at the last minute due to a cancelled flight & they were really helpful & accomodating during a stressful time. I also accidentally arranged a cab for only 4 people and they sorted it out for us and had a larger mini cab there for us within minutes. We ate twice at the lobby bar, the food was really delicious on both occasions & the staff there also really friendly, bringing out a little bowl of sweets for my kids... nice little extra touches. We would definitely stay here again."

"Perfect place for my husband and me for a convenient overnight in terminal for flying Iberia airlines. It felt very safe and was quiet. Very clean. Enjoyed a lovely bed and hot shower. Nice continental breakfast to get us going. Will definitely stay again if I have to pass through Madrid airport. "
