Location wise was perfect if you’re taking train or metro in Madrid. Hotel was a bit old, however room is spacious. One little minor is when check in, seems no indication where to check in as there is a Starbucks next to reception (which I didn’t aware) and staff did not welcome the guests.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, check in was swift, breakfast provided a broad range of options. A very easy option for arriving from the airport by train and an early start by train the next day. The Superfuud immediately adjacent provided excellent options for a quick meal. Great hotel location next to station, very handy from that aspect. It will be even better once all the construction works at and around the station are complete as that was not great. Staff friendly and welcoming and breakfast was a highlight. If stay here really need to prepare to jump on a train or cab into town as there is very limited options in the area around the hotel itself.

Location near the train station was great. Room was as well. But, the water in the hotel was turned off for 5 hours. Had to brush teeth using bottled water. And the room was very warm and no climate control. Only option was to open window, which is ok except quite noisy

Convenient for transport to and from the airport. A basic very clean room with easy access to Madrid airport. A VERY GOOD VALUE. A bit hard to find even if you know Chatmartine Station. The station has CHANGED DRASTICALLY!!!!
