This hotel is the oldest hotel in Denmark and the charm shows that. Lovely old furniture , great area paintings throughout and the rooms were like a step back in time in the best possible way.

We wanted to stay at this historic hotel in this historic town. We had high hopes. Our hopes were fulfilled beyond our imagination. The hotel manager is very informative, helpful and engaging. Our room (105) was clean and quiet despite the windows facing the gågade. Bed was comfortable. We dined outside in the courtyard. The wait staff are excellent. We had to leave early in the morning and the kitchen made us a "to go" breakfast. Very kind of them. We highly recommend this hotel.

A mistake An old hotel - but not worth staying there. Only if one is ready to give up all “modern” facilities. The rooms are dark and very hot (window don’t open properly), toilet is dump with unpleasant smell… etc As said - a mistake.

Our room was not clean. It was very uncomfortable beds. The room and hotel had bad air quality. The breakfast was ok. The service was quite bad. When they say parking is an available they mean public parking 5-10min walkway from the hotel. The family rooms are also located with tons of stairs as far away as possible from the entrance.

The property is beautiful. The employees are very kind and accommodating. The hotel does not have an elevator. All rooms are located upstairs and hard for those that need assistance.

Gammelt, slidt - men ok

Danmark ældste hotel, så er det jo gammelt og slidt! Værelset var meget småt og rengøringen ikke helt i bund. Service til morgenmad var for langsom, kolde lune retter - men god kaffe. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale i receptionen. Mærkeligt at give kr 35 for vand på restauranten udenfor, når der var gratis vand til gæsterne i receptionen. Alt i alt ok, men heller ikke mere.

Hotel Dagmar

Det var en fin oplevelse at bo på Hotel Dagmar i centrum af Ribe. Der var dog en del problemer med at finde en parkeringsplads til vores bil. Det kom desværre til at fylde en del for os. Hotellet var meget autentisk og man kunne godt fornemme det er Danmarks ældste hotel. Havde nok forventet et lidt flottere værelse til prisen, men det var rent.

Utroligt hjælpsom og imødekommende receptionist. God morgenmadsbuffet. Alt forløb glidende ved ind- og udcheckning. Vi var ikke i direkte kontakt med øvrigt personale, men rent og pænt. Godt værelse (superior). Vældig centralt beliggende hotel.

Très vieil hôtel (1581) qui a son charme et extrêmement bien situé sur la place autour de la cathédrale MAIS 2 points négatifs : évidemment pas d’ascenseur ce qui pose problème aux personnes à mobilité réduite (ou si valise lourde) et douche avec un filet d’eau (là ils pourraient faire quelque chose). Personnel moyennement aidant.

Ok, men prisen for høj i forhold til standard

Hotellet har en fremragende beliggenhed . Værelset havde en fin standard, dog var madrassen til den bløde side. Vi boede et lille stykke fra hotellet, i vagthuset/ annekset. Betjeningen i receptionen var ok. Morgenmads buffeten var ok , men mangelfuld. Hygiejnen omkring morgenmads buffeten var også mangelfuld, der manglede bl.a. en Brødtang til morgenbollerne og en morgen var der ikke håndsprit . Appelsinjuice beholderen virkede ikke de 4 dage vi var på hotellet. Vi synes ikke at den generelle standard på vores ophold matchede den pris vi betalte.

Svært sentralt - ikke aircondition eller vifte

Sentralt plassert. Vi bodde i et anneks 100 meter fra hotellet. Ikke aircondition og ikke vifte - så i sommervarmen blir det litt varmt. Kun en stol. Uterom med bord og stoler tilgjengelig utvendig.
