Foi muito difícil a estadia no Ibis Ribeirão Shopping, quando fiz a reserva liguei no hotel para saber se podia levar minha Pet, confirmaram, porém o que não foi informado era que ela não poderia ficar nenhum momento sozinha no quarto, mediante isso deixei de ir a vários lugares que queria, pois no Shopping permitem a entrada dos pets porém, não poderia comer, porque na praça de alimentação não podia levar. Outro detalhe, o banheiro sem tranca na porta e chuveiro péssimo e sem lugar para colocarmos as malas. Café da manhã que deixou a desejar. Não volto nunca mais.

O quarto estava com sujeira grudada nas paredes, poucos funcionários na hora de pico do café da manhã, que não comporta o número de hóspedes, não haviam mesas livres no refeitório então tivemos que comer do lado de fora. O lado de fora com as mesas de madeira podres faltando pedaços, com pregos aparecendo, minha mãe e filhos quase cortaram a mão. Dois guarda sols completamente quebrados. Deixamos a louça do café ali, saímos do hotel e retornamos ao final da tarde. A louça ainda estava lá.

Funcionários meio dispersos e sem sintonia sobre informações, a impressão que dá é que são vários pequenas empresas dentro de um hotel e que ninguém se entende, quarto bem sujo principalmente em baixo da cama, e ficha do banheiro sem funcionar, café da manhã razoável, a única boa coisa é estar praticamente dentro do shopping
