I went on this trip to perform surgery on the city but I choose this hotel because was close to the clinic. Hotel ok but the staff was not so friendly. They treat my self like I was some kind of old lady and they assimilate tbsf I was talking nonsense. But this is normal in Brazil people don’t have a sense of self respect and they act like they don’t care. After I living out of Brazil more than 30 years I was disappointed that nothing has changed no matter what they do and one employee can make all the others look terrible. All they care is charging every thing even if you breathe. No courtesy and nothing special about this place .

Ótima hospedagem, quarto limpo, com cama confortável. O chuveiro é muito bom e forte. Cafe da manhã com variedade. Único ponto que poderia melhorar é o estacionamento. Achei o valor da diária do estacionamento cara, e dependendo do horário fica uma fila de pessoas esperando o vallet. No geral, recomendo a hospedagem.

Bom custo benefício.

Gostamos do quarto pelo bom espaço e pela localização, a poucos metros do Parque Ibirapuera — ponto super positivo. No entanto, sentimos bastante o barulho da rua, já que os quartos têm pouca vedação acústica, o que nos fez ouvir tudo durante a noite. Outro ponto que nos incomodou foi a cama, que é bem mole e acabou causando desconforto no corpo.

Boas instalações e infraestrutura. O café da manhã foi horrível. Não tinha lugar , garfo, faca, pratos e coisas para comer. Além disso, o meu cartão para liberar o elevador deu problema , assim como de outro hóspede que fez o check in comigo, travando o elevador.
