The Baltic Sea is beautiful in almost any weather. The holiday home was extensively renovated by July 2024 and lovingly furnished for our guests. Two apartments are available for our holiday guests. It is also possible to rent both apartments together for up to 7 people. Apartment "Parkwächter" on the upper floor, for 2-4 people. The apartment features: • Living room • TV, radio and internet. • a bathroom with bathtub/shower • a well-equipped kitchen • a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide) • an extra bed on the apartment's loft The holiday apartment is rented for a minimum stay of 4 nights. The price is €85.00 per night, plus a tourist tax of €2.00 per day. A final cleaning fee of €65.00 applies. Bed linen and towels can be booked for an additional €20 per person per stay. On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments can be used from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, the holiday apartment is available until 10:00 AM. Please note that smoking is not permitted in either holiday apartment. The house was built around 1910 by Heinrich Thoms. As a war veteran of the First World War, he was sworn in by the town of Ribnitz in 1934 as a park warden and field warden. This is how the two holiday apartments got their names.
