"Very very well situated "

"Guest parking right in front . The property itself was new, bright and clean . Our room was spacious and comfortable. The owners have put a good deal of thought into every detail. We stayed two nights and had an opportunity to interact with the owners . They were very helpful and made us feel welcome. As a family business, they were genuinely interested in feedback to help make things ‘perfect’ for their guests . A unique feature was use of a ‘shared’ kitchen. And they use eco friendly solar panels for heating water and generating electricity . We would not hesitate to return there or to recommend it to others. And that is the only comment that matters."

GPS location in Riccia was slightly off but Serafino and Miriam were incredibly responsive and everything worked out great immediately after contacting them as they were waiting for us to ensure seamless checkin.
