"Had 3 adults 2 kids in a 2 room queen suit. With a queen pull out bed too.
The pull out bed was completly broken to pieces with crumbs and do Ritz crackers falling out. So unusable. Which we needed it, and only got that room because it "slept 6" 🙄 so instead my sitter slept on the couch which you would sink into without using pillows in the Crack.
Crumbs all over the floor, they never came to take out the garbage or give us new towels.
The restaurant connected to it was closed for the weekend, and didn't know until went and saw the sign on the door.... on a holiday weekend where you would think the hotel would be more busy. Beds were very uncomfortable, we left a night early.
The pool was small but that was perfect size for my 6&7 year old to be able to swim with no life jackets."
