I never checked in because there wasn't anyone there to check me in. Nobody answered the number when called. The place is an absolute DUMP. I have filed a claim with PayPal for a refund. This place is nothing like it's portrayed.

This is the only time I've ever checked out of a hotel before staying the night. The place was falling apart, the wall was held together by duct tape, smelled like cigarettes and mildew, no smoke detectors, it was filthy and full of roaches. When I laid down to sleep and turned off the lights, I felt something in the sheets. The bed was full of roaches, and something bit me. I checked out and went somewhere else for the night.

We left several messages that we would be late due to emergency. Arrived at hotel 1 am. The room he gave us was filthy, muddy footprints, dirty, not cleaned. He said he thought we weren't coming and offered is a full refund as we did not stay. But have not received yet. Also even the sign oyo was just spray painted over an econo lodge sign. It was a terrible area too. Felt unsafe. Want my refund.

The vanity had roaches on everything put up there before going to bed. It all had to the thrown out. There was a roach in the protection cover for my tooth brush. There was a stink bug and some roaches in the shower. Advertised as non-smoking which wasn't true. There were smokers on each side of me and their morning smoke was obvious when I woke up. They locked up the office the next morning so there was no ability to voice a direct complaint or get a cup of coffee. By far the worse conditioned hotel I've ever experienced. By far.

This is not an OYO hotel it is the Richburg Inn and looks like a dump. We booked at 8:30 pm online and arrived at 9:30 pm to a sign in the window that said the office was closed until 7:00 am. They could not be reached by phone so I had to get a room elsewhere at the last minute. Expedia was unable to reach the hotel that night also. Expedia was excellent in getting my payment refunded promptly! Do not book this hotel!!

The cleanliness of the room was horrible! (Thankfully there was a Dollar General close by! I purchased sanitizing wipes & spray, a pillow and sheets ) All flat surfaces had a thick, sticky layer of something over them, the bathroom and soap had pubic hair covering them and the bed covers had huge spots of what could have easily been dried blood. I have visited OYO's in other locations and was completely satisfied but this one needs to just be closed down!
