Unit 3 has a very efficient floor plan; a great choice for a family 3 - 4. This unit is on the first floor. Unit # 3 is a great spot for a family who doesn't need much room to spread out, but wants the beauty and fun of the water.
Trout Brook is is an ideal choice for the discerning traveler. The tasteful, upscale décor in Unit 3 includes granite counter tops and contemporary furnishings, and tile floors.

Short weekend stay
We stayed at the apt for a wedding weekend. The owner met us at the apt and showed us all the extras that we could use. It was a nice quiet stay.

Most relaxing week we’ve had!
Tom greeted us upon check in. Giving us a tour of the property and the lake. Provided fresh water for
drinking. Showed us where and how to properly use all water craft. And gave us some tips on fishing.
The inside of the apartment was emasculate. Beds were comfy and bathroom was stocked with clean towels and an extra roll of toilet paper! The kitchen was stocked with the basics kitchenware making it very easy to prepare meals each day. We loved it!

Fantastic Cooperstown Getaway
This was the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in. We had a wonderful time exploring the lake by kayak, the area, and watching baseball at Cooperstown.
