Stayed one night with family for wedding in Richmond. Wonderful accommodations. Lovely themes in each room and Carver Historic District so convenient to everything Patio setting an A+ for visiting and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone looking for cozy, clean, and good accommodations in Richmond.

Luke was an excellent host with great communication skills. The home was very clean, decorative, and had many amenities. Our favorite place to spend our evenings was on the patio with the fire pit.

Beautifully designed and upscale place! Stayed here for a weekend getaway with a group of friends. Enjoyed the small details, such as the fancy espresso machine with local coffee to try, toiletry items, guidebooks, etc. We also enjoyed sitting out back around the fire pit. Convenient driving location to restaurants, breweries, parks. There was a little noise at night, but overall a great stay! The host is very responsive for any questions we had prior to and during our stay.

Luke's place is just great! He has done such a great job with the remodel. The house is very comfortable and so tastefully decorated. It has all the amenities you could ask for, and even has a Traeger and espresso maker! He is very easy to communicate with and responds to any question very quickly. We loved the location, as it's within walking distance of VCU campus and tons of local bars and restaurants. We will stay here next time we come to Richmond!

We enjoyed our stay in Luke's home. He has everything you might need of. I especially love the coffee machine and the beans he prepared for guests. The smart TV works great with all my stream apps. There are many interesting books. Luke is a great host. He responded to all my questions very quickly. When we asked for the change of filter, he came into the house himself and did the work for us. House was beautifully decorated. All appliances were of top notch. Thank you Luke for your hospitality.

A beautiful and amazing house in a great location. Ultimate and next level amenities. Stylishly decorated, stunning bathrooms, high-end appliances, fresh paint, all the comforts of home. I wish I would have checked what kind of mattress I slept on, because this is what it feels like when you go to heaven! The kitchens and bathrooms are gorgeous, HGTV eat your heart out. The outside patio is an actual oasis. The icing on this delicious cake of a rental is THE GRILL! A new, beautiful, amazing, Traeger Ironwood 885 pellet smoker/ grill is waiting for you in the back patio. Not some cheezy grill like some rentals. An XL brand new Traeger Pellet Grill and Smoker. Myron Mixon eat your heart out, I'm going to film an episode of BBQ Pitmasters right here, lol. I did get the sincere honor and privledge to meet Luke the Host. Luke is the most gracious and accommodating host I've ever had the fortune to meet! He cares deeply about his guest's satisfcation and it shows. If I ever come back to Richmond, this is the Only place I would consider. Thank you for an AMAZING stay. 10 stars!!!

We were in town for the Iron Blossom Festival. Luke was a terrific host, very accommodating. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is really terrific! Off street parking was a bonus.

We rented this for a company retreat as we are a virtual team and some of our team members live in Richmond, I flew in the remaining 3 and rented this VRBO. It exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated, had high end fixtures, and a great backyard patio area. Our host was proactive in reaching out to see if we needed anything and was responsive when we had a question. The internet was great - which was important for a work retreat. We will look to stay here again in the future.
